I have been working in the plastics industry for over 10 years, supplying colour concentrates into plastic bag and food packaging manufacturers predominantly. The plastics Industry has been very volatile over the past few years and I have been looking for a route out for a while. Although I love what I do I had lost the “passion” and wanted to become more involved in a subject that I really did care for and where I could also help people along the way. I have a 3 year old daughter and also another on the way, so I also wanted something a little more flexible than my 12 hour days covering anywhere between Scotland to London.
